My name is Sofia Dragoudaki, I am a certified Yoga teacher, Yoga therapist (on training) and Founder of Breath with Sofia.

I am passionate about guiding my clients and students with kindness, care and love,  towards

an improved mental and physical health.

I empower those in need to feel a sense of inner peace and wholeness, using as tools yoga and breathing exercises.

"Quite often, during challenging times we might feel out of balance, we might feel out of breath. We forget that we always have our breath to support and help us to move forward, especially  through tough times."

 Let me guide you to (re)connect with your breath,

finding back your inner peace in a compassionate, calm and grounding manner.

We will work together to address your goals, taking into consideration any limitation you might be experiencing. I will create a personal program for you in order to have a healthier body and an improved sense of well being

My story

I come from Greece and I live in Amsterdam since 2006.

After working for more that 15 years in hospitality industry, I start feeling that I still wanted to make people smile and be of service but in a deeper, more meaningful level.

 

After completing my 200 HRS Yoga Teacher Training in 2018, I started studying Yoga Therapy. My purpose is to be able to assist those in need to progress towards an improved well being or in just a few words, assist people to " come back home".

I am passionate about supporting you to (re) connect with your own innate healing potential. I work with gentle practices, breathing exercises and mindfull awareness adding some meditation practices and philosophy. 

With Yoga therapy, each session and practice is adapted to your own needs, to your own goals. No physical flexibility or experience with yoga is required.

As a Yoga therapist and teacher, I offer Private Sessions in English, Greek and Italian in my  location in Amsterdam West, your location in Amsterdam or anywhere in the world via Zoom. 

We will start with a nice cup of tea and an extended intake about your wishes and your medical history.

Taking into account your breathing, posture, lifestyle and energy levels, i will identify how many sessions will be needed.
